We've got mail!
Back during the Olympics, our neighbor, Winston, sent us this really cool Vancouver post card. Mom has not been good at getting our pictures off the camera, but she did today, so you can check out the post card.

Yesterday there was a box on our porch. It was from our Texas grandma. Mom brought it inside and I got really excited. But she told me it wasn't for me. Then she said, "Oh poor, poor Steve. You just expect to get Snap Biscuits when your Texas grandma sends a package." Dad opened the box and said, "It's pictures. Not for you Stevie boy." I just knew they were wrong. My Texas grandma loves me too much to not send any Snap Biscuits. And you know what? I was right and Dad and Mom were wrong! Under all those pictures, guess what? A bag of Snap Biscuits! WOO!! I was so excited and I started jumping around in circles. There were even some Feline Greenies for Wilbur. Grandmas are the best!!
Another Blogathon prize is this new leash. Kat and I both like it. I like it because it would really coordinate with my red collar. Kat says that she is the kissy dog, so the phrase on the leash is much more appropriate for her. I guess it really doesn't matter since neither of us will be winning this leash. But to all you puppers out there, does this leash match your collar or personality? If so, maybe you'll win it!
SteveSo if you want to win these leash, please sponsor us in the blogathon. Your money will go directly to help Sibes across the country through SOS-SRF. Here's how:
Last week, Mom came home and found a package on the porch. Of course, it wasn't for her, it was for us! So she took it outside and showed Kat and me. I took a close look at the package. It came from Texas. I had a hunch who it was from.
Today we got a cool package from Echo, Meeka, Shyla, and Shadow. They sent us some housewarming presents for our clubhouse. Isn't that super nice of them? We were really excited. Here I am checking out the box. Yep, it had my name on it!
Hi ya pups! It's Kat and I just want to apologize for our lack of posting lately. Mom has been so busy with unpacking the house. Wilbur keeps trying to go outside, so he ends up locked in the office while the humans are going in and out, so that has kept us from the computer. We have lots of adventures to blog about, but first we have to say THANK YOU to the Forget Sit and Stay Gang. They sent us some really cool clubhouse warming presents.
First, we got a snuggle heart. It's really pretty and red and is supposed to absorb your scent so it's comforting. Unfortunately, I haven't rubbed a lot of scent on it because I've been busy playing with the other toy they sent us, a jailbird! Everypup needs one. It's so fun. When Mom first opened the box, she thought it was a penguin (as she says on the video), but it's a black and white striped bird with a ball attacked to it's leg. I have been so perplexed why the bird will not let me have the ball. It's bugging me a lot and I have been shaking the bird and everything, but it won't let go of the ball. So I take it everywhere I go, just in case it relaxes and releases the ball. So far, no luck. The bird is good.
They also sent us some yummy rawhide. It was a healthy kind of rawhide too and is very tasty. Steve gives it four paws up.
Saturday when Mom went outside to get the mail, guess what she found? A package for us from Holly! We don't get a lot of mail, so we were really excited to check out our package.Guess what was inside? First there was a very lovely card with Holly's picture on the front.
We gave the card a good sniffing and look over. Holly is a very beautiful Malamute!
Inside the package we found a package of beef flavored Healthy Edibles and a book. The book is called "The Taz Adventures: Dogged and Determined". We can't wait to read about Taz the husky's adventures. Maybe Mom will read them to us as bedtime stories.
I was very interested in the Healthy Edibles bones.
Since we had been out in the heat at the Pow Wow, and also because we behaved really well at the event, Mom let us have the bones right away. They were so yummy.
Thank woo so much Holly! You're the best Mal-gal!!
Steve (and Kat too)
