We're back....

Woo, hoo, hoo pups!  We are back!  Mom went to the vet yesterday on her way home.  She wanted to visit us, but the vet met with her and said that she could just take us home!  We were so happy.  Mom didn't tell Dad that she brought us home either, so we surprised him when he got home from work.

We sure think he was thrilled to see us, even though he seemed pretty distracted by our smelly breath.  We can't help it.  We have to eat this special food for a few days and it makes us stinky from both ends, if you catch our drift.  Mom says it has a lot of fiber, whatever that is.

We have been so hungry, but Mom won't dish out the treats or food!  Steve just stood staring at his bowl and nothing happened.
Mom gives us some food, but it's just not enough, but she says we can have more food each day, but no treats for a few days.  NO TREATS?  That's doggie abuse if you ask us.

We have been very tired since we got home, so we are going to go back to napping.  Thank you for all your well wishes.  They really worked because we got to come home a day early!  You pups are the best!

Hey guys, we just heard thru the cyber-vine that you got sprung! Good! Hard as it may be, follow the vets orders so you can be 100% again. (Even though not getting enough food and NO treats is NO fair. Definitely borders on doggie abuse)

Pawsome video! Kat's a real daddy's girl, isn't she? :)

(Maybe you can bribe Wilbur to slip you a couple treats when the humans aren't looking?)

WOOHOO! You got out early for good behavior! Don't be too hard on Mom for not giving you treats right away. You can have extras when you're tummies are all beter.

YAY! We're so glad you're home early. That stinks about no treats though. Maybe you can sneak something.

Welcome Back Steve and Kat!
Looks like everyone is tickled to have the pack together again. Wilbur kept us apprised of your not so nifty adventures away from home. No extra food? This definitely translates into extra love and attention. Maybe when you catch back up on your sleep some extra strolls and park visits too? I'm betting someone could twist Momma's arms into making some quick meringue treats for you in a few days? Try your husky mind manipulation tactics.

We're glad to see our husky cousins home where they belong. Here's hoping for a fast recovery.

We saw your post about low fat/low sugar treats. I have a friend who is faced with that challenge for her dog and she uses plain rice cakes. At least it's crunchy!

We got behind in reading blogs and just read that you two were sick. We are sorry that you were locked at the vets without food or water. Hope you feel better and get some treats soon. You deserve it.

we're very sorry to hear that you both had "pan". And, that you had to stay overnight at the vet! Your parents love you so much though, you can tell from the pics that they hated to leave you there.

We're glad you both are home. That was a great video of you greeting your Dad.

Keep getting healthier and feel like your usual selves soon!
