We've got Stuff!

Sorry we haven't updated you in a few days. Our stuff arrived on Friday and we have been really busy making sure Mom and Dad put everything in a good spot. We also had to run around in packing paper for a while too.

Here's what our house looked like Friday night. Total disaster!!It was so bad, I had to go hide under the table. Then the greatest thing happened yesterday. We got tons of snow! So while Mom and Dad were working, Steve and I enjoyed some time on the patio. Dad made me a snowball and I brought it inside. Mom didn't appreciate that very much.
Now things are pretty much unpacked so we have been able to relax more. It seems more like home now that all our fur-covered stuff is here.

You got snow! That's so great! You're going to really like it there.....I can tell. Make sure Mom and Dad puts everything back the right way. If Meeka were there he'd be in charge of box destruction.

Heh. Cute puppies, snow-speckled puppies! Your stuff has fur on it, and you have snow on you. Kinda balances, or something.

So many changes for you two. Too bad you don't have a back yard any more. Your snow looks good though! Huskys can never have enough snow!! We liked seeing your videos exploring your new den. Wibur looked like he had the best view of your new territory! Good job Wibur! Belly Rubs, Tasha & Eva.

Hey Steve and Kat! I'm sorry I haven't been around much, there is so much going on here.

I am glad you made it safely to your new home. I saw your other videos and it looks like it would have been fun to run around the house like that with no furniture! But, at least you have all your own stuff now.

Are you staying dry? We saw on the news about all the rain Seattle is getting and sure hope you are all safe and dry!

We're glad you got all your fluffy stuff safe & sound, but we're really excited you got SNOW! We dream & pray about it every night but we decided the snow fairie must not know how to find Florie-duh. Somehusky needs to teach him how to use Mapquest!
Oh well, we'll dream about playing in the fluffy stuff with you two, it'll be almost as good as getting it ourselves...
Merry Christmas Season,

PeeEss,
We LOVE the pictures of you with snow on you!

Have the parents take you to the moutains. You will have more snow than you will know what to do with. Can't wait to see pictures of that.

Glad to hear that you have all your stuff and are able to settle in to the new place. Moving is hard enough - but worse when you don't have all the familiar smells.

Woooooos, SNOW! You lucky pups! Nothing prettier than huskies with snow on them! Are you pestering your humans non-stop to take you out in the snow? We would be!

Hi Valerie,
I am glad that you are up & blogging again. Your new place looks really nice. Have fun with the unpacking & finding a place for everything! I told Joel that they will 'cart' me out of our present house, cuz I never want to go thru the packing & unpacking again. I love the pic with the snow - it is so cute. Yes, I am feeling better, a little mad now, but that is better than the tears. My hopes were really up for this one especially things that the interviewer said. I talked to another supervisor in our area & she said that the giving of the home & cell numbers was really strange & not usually done especially on the 1st interview. I think that it was meant that this wasn't the place for me. I'll just keep applying til the right one comes. Cosi & Juni always make me laugh with their antics & keep me company while Joel's at work. You all take care.
Talk to you soon,
-Marlene-
