Homework

Whew!  This school stuff is hard work!  Mom and I have to do homework every day.  Mom also built me a practice jump so I could work on the "jump" command that I learned in class last week.  I am also supposed to practice following Mom's hand around.  That is hard work.  Her hand is just not that interesting, even if she is holding a Yummy Chummie.

Dad took a video of our homework session today.

I think I'm a good student.

I think it's funny how your mum jumps when you do, even though she's not jumping over anything!

Work it for the treats! That does look like hard work - I wouldn't find my mum's hand very interesting either.

Well that doesn't look to interesting really. Glad you are getting treats though.

Hmm... I might be willing to do EXTRA homework for Yummy Chummies!
Did you see your mom almost knocked the jump over? Did you withhold a treat from her for that? Hee hee hee!

Ammy
PS: You look SO COOL doing agility!!!

You are an excellent student!

I agree with Khyra. The humans need to be put through meaningless tasks for treats. I'll get right on that.

Kat,
We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE agility class. One of us (and I'm not mentioning any names here) sometimes forgets about the course and just gets the zoomies in the ring, but that's okay too: it's good entertainment for the rest of our class.

PS- Don't let mom substitute acorns for other positive reinforcement treats. We don't much care for them, though we hear Native Americans make bread out of them.

ooooh weeeeeeeee, nice moves there, my dear sweet Kat - and woo have a furry smart mom - yummy chummies are the best way to make woo do what she wishes.

And tell your Mom that she will have to practice jumping a little higher!!!

WOO WOO

What a great job you are doing Kat! Just keep acting perfect until you get into the ring and she takes off your leash - then you can do the fun stuff zooming around the ring!!!

Well Kat, looks like woo got it down just fine, but your mom sure is struggling with coordinating the clicky thing, leading woo around, handling the treats...whew, agility is a lot of work for humans, isn't it?
