Walking for the Iditawalk
We just finished our 1049 minutes of walking for the Iditawalk last night! We really enjoyed the walking and running and I think we've got a new routine. Every day when Mom and Dad get home from work, Kat and I get our of our crate and run outside to potty, then we come inside and I bounce around while Mom and Dad change their clothes and put their shoes on. Sometimes I can't even calm down to put my leash on. Mom says I'm like Tigger and just bounce around all over the place. I have some videos to show you soon.
Then we get outside and Dad makes us stand in the street while he waits for a GPS signal on his iPhone.
I like to laugh at Kat while she stands around.
Then we are ready to go. You can see in this picture that Dad and Mom have walking belts and we just pull them down the street!
It's a lot of fun and I'm so glad we go into the Iditawalk!

HEY!
That's how I do it!
As soon as Mom heads upstairs, I know WHY she's going there and where we'll be going when she khomes bakhk down!
I race to the door and sit when she tells me to so she'll hook me up!
Walking is soooo much fun! It is right up there with sleeping, eating, and chasing THINGS!

You are always up on all the fashion trends. We are proud of you to have finished all your minutes.
Congrats on finishing!
I wish they'd have an IditaPARK! We don't do a lot of walks because they don't tire the boy out like a trip to the park does.

We know when we see Mom get her smelly sneakers out that it is walk time. We play games too. Dakota grabs a stuffy and squeaks it. TD plays hard to get but then gives in like, OK, I'll come if you really want me to. And Phantom is really bad, Mom has to chase him around the table because he doesn't want to wear his gentle leader.
Congrats on finishing the Iditawalk.
Tell Kat not to worry about TD, he was trying to get the camera away from mom and almost knocked her over.
Woos, the OP Pack
Way to Iditawalk, you pups! And I love the new routine. I can't wait to see the bouncy video!

Signing up for bouncy video now. Strangely, our humans make us wait outside while they get dressed for walks. Why is that?
And they use the hip belts too. Says that leaves them hands to catch themselves with. If they would just walk on all 4 like we do, that would not be a problem.
I am so happy for you for doing the Ididawalk. You should be so proud and thankful that your humans stuck to it. I get a walk almost every day. I kinda like it, but I hate the stoopid poofaced gentle leader. I know you two know what I mean. BOYCOTT!
Congrats!

Well done on finishing the IditaWalk! We did ours too. Kat looks like she is sick of waiting for your dad to do his phone thing.

WOO WOO Kat and Steve
Wow - Walking the Iditawalk sounds like so much fun! And your walking belts look like so much fun too. Mom said NO WAY would she tie us to her body, something about being too old. Why does your DAD have to use a GPS, doesn't he know you can find your way without any help?
